Who are we?

The foreign trade center Bavaria, based in Nuremberg, was opened on 10 January 2001 with the aim of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises entering new foreign markets.
The foreign trade center is a joint initiative of the Bavarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHKs) and the Bavarian Chamber of Crafts. foreign trade Center´s carrier is the BIHK Service GmbH, founded by the Bavarian IHKs.
The foreign trade center is financially supported by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology from the "High-Tech Offensive Future Bavaria".


What do we do?

The objective of the foreign trade center is helping Bavarian companies develop new markets through:

Within the Enterprise Europe Network, the foreign trade center operates the joint internet platform and conducts various major events on Europe.

Who do we help?

Mainly small and medium-sized enterprises up to 250 employees.

How do we help?

With projects like Go International in which companies can participate: We will design a three-step concept for you: study the internationalization capability of your company, create an individual internationalization plan and support the implementation of this internationalization plan. The Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, the German Foreign Trade Chambers, business consultants and senior experts will assist you in this process.
